Abstract
In this article, using soil samples from irrigated lands, the relationship between soil mechanical composition (proportion of physical clay) and salinity indicators was analysed with statistical methods (correlation, regression). The study provides scientific and practical justification for accounting for mechanical composition when assessing salinity levels and planning land reclamation (melioration) measures.
